LOUDOUN MEDICAL GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF LMG CORNWALL PRIMARY & URGENT CARE CENTER
LEESBURG, Va. (September 21, 2022) –Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest physician-owned, multi-specialty medical group practices in Northern Virginia is pleased to announce, Dr. Joseph Lee as the new Medical Director for the LMG Cornwall Primary and Urgent Care Center in Leesburg. In his new role, Dr. Lee will oversee all clinical, diagnostic testing and lab services at the Leesburg clinic.
“We are very happy to have someone with Dr. Lee’s dedication to clinical excellence to lead our Primary and Urgent care team,” said Mary Beth Tamasy, CEO, Loudoun Medical Group. “Dr. Lee is an accomplished primary care physician, and our patients will continue to benefit from his expertise.” Dr. Lee will remain in private practice at Potomac Family Medicine while serving in this new leadership role supervising, Advanced Practice Providers including physician assistants; Moira Hanley Nieman, PA-C, Alexis Killino, PA-C, Angela DuHaime, PA-C and nurse practitioner; Anne Marie Craig, FNP-BC.
Dr. Lee is a Board-Certified family physician with over 27 years of medical experience and has been practicing in Loudoun County since 1998. Dr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology from the University of Michigan and received his Medical Degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in his hometown of Mobile. He then completed his residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI.
