- Be prepared to complete a registration form that asks for general information including name, date of birth, address, phone number and current symptoms, if any. Your information will be kept PRIVATE.

- November 10, 2020 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Philip Bolen Park
- November 14, 2020 | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Tuscarora High School
- November 21, 2020 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Freedom High School (Chantilly)
- November 21, 2020 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Franklin Park (Purcellville) All events will occur rain or shine. As many tests as possible will be administered during each event.
